Rocker Lenny Kravitz' love for fashion has garnered him an enviable product placement that most musicians would covet -- he is being outfitted by Gucci with an array of custom and Fall '08 collection clothing for his upcoming tour.
Starting May 29 expect to see Kravitz donning 20 head-to-toe Gucci looks for his "Love Revolution" tour.
Kravitz is a great fit for the Italian brand; his personal style parallels some of their lineup including fitted pants, slick leather jackets, fur-trimmed bombers and hippie references such as long scarves tied around the waist. The tour will promote his latest album "It's Time for a Love Revolution", which dropped in February.

Will Frida Giannini, Gucci's second Creative Director post-Tom Ford's departure deliver a strong set of custom looks?
The industry has been abuzz that Gucci has become quite demure since Ford's exit with less racy magazine ads and more wearable, retail-friendly designs. Ford's vision surely would have been a perfect match for Kravitz considering their penchant for exposing chest hair from sporting unbuttoned shirts down to their navel.
Either way, Kravitz will kill it with tons of hit songs and massive style. I am in the building.

The brotha' gets away with some wild shiggy, clothes wise, but I gotta hand it to him - He pulls it off, and well.His singing doesn't really move me - I'm mainly funk /R&B - but I do honestly like a lot of his stuff. He's muti-talented, and has obvious cross-over appeal - which is rare as hell these days. So more power to Lenny for snagging this deal.
