Let's give a boisterous applause for shoe designer, Pierre Hardy! Let us stand in ovation, since this designer has once again created a shoe fashioned for the avant-garde fashionista!
In the past, Style Spotter has blogged on the outstanding, creative feats (get it... feats!) of the Hardy Shoe Collection.

The innovative design continues from the Hardy camp as fashion forward celebs such as Rihanna, Cassie and Angela Simmons were all spotted this month adorning the fabulous shoe at industry events.

What happened to the days when you only saw ONE celebrity wearing something because it was a one-of-a-kind item? They look like they all went to some outlet store and picked those up.

I totally agree with you on that Lia. Why be like everybody else? always been like that whether it was clothes and shoes. I go to stores that people don't' hear of, stores that don't carry more of the same, or I simply order through a catolog or online. I don't like other people wearing the same thing of what I got on! You can also get away by going to like stores such as, Goodwill's and other five and dime stores. You will always find something you like in name brands, and the only one on the rack, and the price being just right! An alternative way of shopping for clothes, shoes, and accessories.

DimePiece we could definitely be friends :) I totally agree with everything you said and feel the exact same way! The truth is, however, people follow trends because that's all they know. Many just have an obsession over luxury and the feeling of keeping up with or staying ahead of the Jones' gives them a feeling of completion. Celebrities are in the limelight, so it's important for them to keep the public in touch with all the latest fashions.

Shhhhhh....don't tell anyone Tee. But I think if you wait a few months you can find them in Marshalls or TJ Maxx on clearance. But you didn't hear it from me. LOL

I agree with Audra. The shapes and the lines of these
shoes are what makes them distinctive! You won't
even have to wait for an end of season clearance sale at TJ Maxx or Marshall's to buy then, for even as I write this, Target and Payless are awaiting shipments of "knock-offs" which came into being thanks to some clever designer who attended the premier fashion shows or who saw the designs on the Internet! Nothing is exclusive anymore except your own imagination and good taste!!

Hey soulbeauty, I totally agree with you when you said, " Many just have an obsession over luxury and the feeling of keeping up with or staying ahead of the Jones' gives them a feeling of completion."
I feel, an outfit, pair of expensive shoes, bling jewelry, accessories, ect... don't make the person.
It's the way how you carry yourself and having confidence in wearing your clothes, that make you COMPLETE! I wasn't kiddi'n when I say I shop at Goodwill. Look, I bought a antique bracelet for $5 and I know this piece cost some $$$$$? It was a Classic! I love mixing sometimes the old fashions with the new fashions of today. Where I live, rich people donate there everyday. They will wear it 1 time and that's it. I kid you not.
You can create your own look by just shopping "Smart" and keeping it "Simple"! Anyone can achieve that
"GLAM LOOK"! It's not what you wear but how you wear it!

What's wrong with people liking a shoe and wearing it? Pierre Hardy makes INSANE shoes...end of story. If ur more worried about "who else has them" then the fact that u like them - maybe you're just as bad as those fad-chasers that you're lookin down on...
