There are very few TV shows this season to turn to for style cues. With this in mind, Stylespotter decided to weigh in on the best and worst dressed women in television.
The concept, started by the recently deceased Richard Blackwell, highlights those who give meaning to the term fashion victim as well as fashion victorious. And because the list of hit and misses changes constantly we've also added extra celebs on our radar. Remember, money and access don't guarantee style.
Best and Worst Dressed Women on TV
The Best
Vanessa Williams: 'Ugly Betty'
Williams is sinfully stylish as villainous Wilhemina Slater, wowing fans in hi-end ensembles as wicked as her character.
Andrew Eccles, ABC
The Worst
Whoopi Goldberg: 'The View'
Recently she impressed by wearing dresses for a week! Sadly she remains a hot mess in a gender bender asexual look she calls 'comfortable.'
Donna Svennevik, ABC
The Best
The Simmons Sisters: 'Run's House'
Angela and Vanessa Simmons' fresh take on style helped them become red carpet fixtures, garner a clothing line, celebrity boyfriends and now their own TV show. Need we say more?

The Worst
Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth: various TV shows
Her fashion choices are dead wrong and sometimes worse than her offhanded remarks. Clear heels? Save em for the pole, O!

The Best
Kimora Lee Simmons: 'The Fab Life'
Not married to wearing her clothing line, this bling-baring mogul wears the best money can buy and it shows.
Peter Kramer, AP
The Worst
Vivica A. Fox: 'Glam God with Vivica A. Fox'
Glam Not: On her reality show Fox's wardrobe choices were more glam gone wrong.
Frank Micelotta, Getty Images
Oprah Winfrey: 'The Oprah Winfrey Show'
When its good its very good for this hit or miss billionaire. Tailored trousers or skirts and jersey dresses and dripping in diamonds work well for this real-size media queen.
Jeff Kravitz, FilmMagic
The Worst
Tichina Arnold: 'Everybody Hates Chris'
Love the '80s onscreen looks but offcamera everybody hates the atrocities she chooses.
Frederick M. Brown, Getty Images
The Best
Tia Mowry: 'The Game'
Wanna snag a baller? Take cues from this one 'cause onscreen her fashion game is quite tight.
Matthias Clamer, The CW
The Worst
Tiffany "New York" Jones: 'New York Goes to Hollywood'
Fearless in her quest to shock and awe, Jones clearly takes cues from the (not even cute) dragqueen playbook.

Are you telling me there is only one white woman who could be on this list, good or bad? Fox News has more than one beautiful white woman, as well as some beautiful black women.

I want my President's wife to look like a president's wife, elegant, casual chic (ok), not in jeans and sweatshirt. I want to be proud of her and for people of the world to want to be just like her. Casual is ok for campaigning, but not for a President's wife. I want her to be admired.
