Move over 80s, this spring the 90s are ruling city streets with the return of ripped jeans. Celebs have been seen rocking this trend and spending hundreds of dollars on designer denim. But you, my budget fashionista, can achieve this look with a good pair of scissors and an inexpensive, well-fitting pair of jeans. You can go crazy with massive rips or tiny tears. Just place the holes where you want them -- knee and thigh areas are the best spots. Then wash the denim, throw it in the dryer and, just like that, you will be in step with this cutting edge look!

Rihanna kept the rips small and sporadic.

Brandy went all out with two big rips from thigh to knee. Too much?

Katie Holmes went with bell-bottom flared jeans with rips that gave the denim a distressed, vintage feel.

It looks like, Chris Brown was trying to rip Rhianna's jeans? So plain. Brandy girl looking WILD like she was the last survior that escaped from the woods. TOO MUCH TEAR! Now the last pair of jeans with the flarred bell-bottoms/rips, I LIKED! The jeans and rips were simple and more fashionable. Flarred jeans will alaways be in fashion.

He got thrown off when the speaker said more than one sentences at a time -- http://www.louisvuitton2.com/articles/ someone with single focus, short-term memory like me could certainly understand. He had to write down numbers before he could translate them -- why, I sometimes have to write down my own IC number before I can tell someone over the phone, because the way numbers are stored in my brain is in my mother-tongue.
