Bring race into the mix? ...lol Are you serious? Perhaps, you fail to remember that this is "Black Voices", not just "Voices", so the "RACE" factor is already there! Tell, me honestly does "BLACK" not imply race? Maybe you'd feel better calling yourself a "NEGRO". You're just simply unbelievable! Now, I guess after extending an "Olive Branch" to you (which now I realize was a big mistake) I have to back track, and say your comments again are little more than the usual BW's "DOUBLE STANDARDS"....again! So, it's okay for you to come here online, and make negative comments about the BET Award Show (as a BW) , but a BM isn't afforded the same right of passage? Your attitude even now is "exactly" what I've been saying all along about most BW, and also your responses clearly support my posted commentary highlighting that sick behavior. Perhaps, you may live under a rock, so it seems, and not only just in your world of denial but not that long ago white women used to cut their hair in that manner. And, I recall very vividly BW here on BV's leading the charge ..."as per usual" talking about how "AWFUL" and trashy they (white women) looked! Now, here we have a BW "Cassie" doing the very same thing that those white women did, and you are free to render your comments, but no one else can? So, why is so difficult for you as a BW like "most" to fail to acknowledge that same convoluted and just plain ridiculous behavior from a BW, and no one else other than a BW can comment, or make their observations about same? I'm sorry, but that's both totally immature, and simply just plain crazy, not to mention ignorant! No. I'm not at all fascinated with BW, and apparently most BM aren't either since 70% of all BW in the US are single, have never been married, have zero prospects for marriage, and sadly most have OOW babies! Why as a BW aren't you out there leading the charge against BW continually having all these OOW children? Why aren't "you" as a BW also trying to school these other younger BW about how to dress without only looking like of that of the typical "street walker", dress more appropriately, and just try acting like ladies for a change! And maybe...just maybe they might be able to garnish a good BM. Instead of taking issue with "any" BM that in "your" opinion dares to even broach that subject, or any subject that you take issue with? Sorry to burst your bubble here, but the world in fact "doesn't" revolve around only BW. Perhaps, if more BW would try listening for a change I'm sure, or hopeful that more may be able to discover a good BM out there! Alsom if most of you didn't behave in that same predictable negative manner that is displayed here on BV's daily as you, coming on here with all that childish name calling as if you were still in High School, or think you're actually hurting anyone's feelings! By the way those names don't hurt anyone but yourself, because that kind of small mindedness only shows your "true colors"! So, please go beat your drum someplace else, and also try getting yourself a serious makeover regarding your extremely negative persona, along with your attitude!

Hey eric,
You are pathetic. If you read my comments which you like to do and always think that you are RIGHT all the time, I did say that there are black woman, white woman, and woman of all races that act or dress a certain way or try to look like the other? Your comments on here and other comments you have made on BV Blogs are all so IRRELEVANT? People like you tend to get off topic and talk about hateful things. The problem that I have with you is,your stupid ideal thinking, like you know what black woman spend their $$$$ on, how they live their lifestyles, ect.... I see you have so-called facts above listed, I guess you hurried up and goggle that hugh,? You are so pathetic. Yeah, the site is called Black Voices, but there are other woman on here that are non-black that BV features so you don't know what the hell your talkin about. Talkin out your AZZ is more like it. First of all, Cassie is of a mixed race. So get your facts straight. Finally revealed. You are probably one of those wanna be brothas that was turned down by a good black woman and been talkin hate on them every since. GET OVER IT!
You are so funny, you are a waste of my time to keep replying back to. All I have been saying to you, there are other woman of all races that do the same damn thing and you are just in DENIAL! I can make my opinion but it's not like your HATEFUL comments you be makin on here. I may disagree on some of my black people but I don't HATE! Only you and other's like you display that on BV Blogs! You are the one who is ignorant! I am not going to reply to your stupid comments again. You aren't worth my precious time!
Right Back @ YOU! :-(

I think it was a nice thing for Cassie to cut her hair and donate it to charity, but I also thinks she looks like a dam fool. It's time to cover that bald patch up now. We get the point.
