before u start posting wrong info about a person check your facts.because she dated white guys in movies dont mean she just date white men, she have dated black guys besides Omar Epps and she was recently dating this black football player named Adewale Ogunleye
As a straight black woman I think she looks very nice. Who cares who she dates. She used to date Omar Epps and that fine piece of chocolate is very far from a white boy!!!!!
For every black woman that dates a white man, there are 100 black men dating white, asian, and hispanic women. And to top it off, if black men aren't dating outside their race they are dating lighter skin black women. So stop your hating 'Black Moses'.
My skin tone is that of milk chocolate. Not too dark but no where near light skin. I am 26 yrs old, in school, work, have my own place, car, good credit, god-fearing, size 3, 5"5, don't go to clubs, don't drink or smoke, healthy. And I have been told by EVERY guy that see me that they don't like dark girls but will make an exception for me because I have long hair. Silly me, I date them anyways. Why? I have no choice because apparently all men have said this to me. And I have been dumped by some of them for lighter skin girls. They have looked at and flirted with lighter skin girls right in front of my face everytime we have gone out. It comes to a point where you just get tired of that crap. I have not given up hope on finding a decent black brother, but I will not hate on the sisters that have gone elsewhere to find love.
I ride them brothas that cross the color line like the Lone Ranger rode Silver. No one is perfect, but if you are going to struggle, struggle with your own because you might get it right. Yes, most Black men are color struck. You do understand the system of white supremacy right? Sanaa Lathan has spit on her ancestor's grave by laying up with white boys and Black men whom does it are doing the same. Stating is not hating sista. Blackness includes the bedroom. You didn't have to mentioned that you had long hair. That's one of the effects of white supremacy over Blacks. Anyways sista, you keep your pretty sounding Black head up and chest out and keep working like the Honorable Marcus Garvey implored us to do. Hotep!
"No one is perfect, but if you are going to struggle, struggle with your own because you might get it right". I couldn't have said it any better myself :) And no, I don't understand that system, care to e-mail me some info on that? darknchic83@aol.com. I am always interested in learning something new (or old since it's the past). And I don't put any emphasis on my hair, the men do....I read up on the Honorable Marcus Garvey a few years back when I heard Lauryn Hill mention him in one of her songs. A great man indeed. It's sad alot of us don't know our history, but we have no one to blame but ourselves. The information is out there, we just have to seek it...Hotep!
