Ah, Ne-Yo. At first, I wasn't interested. But after dropping gems like 'Ms. Independent,' 'Closer' and that grossly underrated single titled 'Single,' I finally understood. Our boy combines smooth vocals with equally smooth style for a presentation that is chic, seductive and ultimately irresistible. So it's no wonder that Alfani, Macy's top-selling men's brand collection, selected the singer as muse for its Fall 2009 campaign. Their Alfani Red collection, currently in stores, echoes Ne-Yo's stage style with tailored pants, Oxford shirts and bowler hats.
Beyond his style, Alfani Red also respects Ne-Yo's charity work. That's why they teamed up with GQ Magazine to host a fundraising concert in New York City for Compound Foundation, which Ne-Yo founded in 2007. VIvica Fox, Tiki Barber and Darryl McDaniels of RUN DMC were all on hand to be honored and celebrate. It felt so good to see style and substance come together - if only for one night! Check out the Alfani Red collection here.

How Wonderful. Another hater keep it coming my dear, we negroes love it when you talk like that especially knowing that your little white daughters and sons aspire to be mediocre just like Ne-Yo, in fact they are some of his biggest supporters ^.~ And i'm sure Ne-Yo is sitting at home just all depressed with all the mediocre money and beautiful women around him.

Macy's is desperate for revenue which explains the ghetto element that (shops) there. Some outreach for a company decades ago was held in much higher regard. Their flagship store is a filthy mess with crappy clothes.

Ne-Yo is one of the few current artists bringing that classy image back to R&B. Don't like the baggy jeans look that some R&B artists do now, but Ne-Yo's fully dressed look fits with Macy's Alfani clothing line. I love the fitted dress shirts by Alfani--they give rival brands like Geoffrey Beene and Van Heusen that are sold next to it at Macy's a run for their money style wise!
