Obama greeted supporters in a blue shift dress and festive lei after landing in Hawaii on Christmas Day.

Later that day, Mrs. O changed into a white Narcisco Rodriguez sundress that she's worn before on her travels (she last showed it off while sightseeing in Rome last summer) to visit troops with President Obama.

Michelle donned a multicolored chiffon dress and some interesting (could this be a rare fashion miss?) black flats for a night out.

Breaking from her family's color-coordinated look, the first lady wore a blue Narcisco Rodriguez shirt dress during an outing.

I love it that The Obamas' try to have somewhat of a normal life, and I also love that the First Lady is so comfortable in who she is, that she could where any type of dress, careless of whether the so-ho magazines like it or not.

As much as I adore the 1st Lady...I detest that golf-ball sized bun on the back of her head...It resembles ...the cartoon character...Oliv Oyl. Sheesh. Someone please help her.

First Lady Michelle Obama is absolutely comfortable with herself, who she is and she is 100% fabulous. It is amazing how a few people try to find fault with her no matter what she wears or what she does. Just stop it, because you really can not take away anythling from such a secure and beautiful person.

Personally, I'm not crazy about most of her
"styles". I think many are over rated. I'm a tailored classy suit lady myself. Old school...like to have on stockings too. I like to mix and match and I like to have my arms covered more in most settings. Casual settings, it's okay. I do like her confidence and down to earth style, however. I do give her credit for being tangible.
