This pop R&B diva sometimes looks amazing on the red carpet and sometimes she misses the mark completely, but you can never say she's not daring. She wore this see-through lace dress over a long silver skirt with matching wedges at the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, France this week. Oui or non?

Actually, from the waist up, the outfit looked really cute on Rihanna. Some variation of the white lace top plus silver skirt and wedges would have been really stunning; however, I can't, for the life of me, figure out what she was trying to say with that tattered lace skirt hanging off of her! As the French would say, it was "De trop"
(too much, and NOT in a good way)!!

I agree with ya Evelyn. It's something about that silver and white that just don't quite make it. The top would have looked so much better with leather leggins and four inch heels.

she has her own style and that's what i like about her.....
she's a little on the weird side especially after that beatdown she got....
i keep wondering if she received proper counseling....
