The dress is very ugly. Rihanna tries so hard to be fashion forward, but most of the time she's just tacky.

There are some jealous, ignorant, and miserable people that post on these blogs. They are miserable with themselves and they use blogs to vent their misery. Most of the women that is hatin on Rihanna wish they looked half as good as she does. And most of the men that is hatin on Rihanna know that they can't get a woman that look as good as Rihanna does, despite her fashion statement.

On the "hot or not" item, it is warm. The dress part would have looked much better if it were either split up the middle, showing off the pants, or cut off at the hips as a tunic. Otherwise, she lookes feathered! She is such a loveley lady, however she is very young, and that is a very young outfit, that probably on she could pull off. But, not for me though. Also, it is very hard to tell the true vision on an internet screen. It may be lovely in person.
