Ladies in red ruled the runway at the 18th annual Red Dress Collection, held in the main tent of Bryant Park in New York City. The Red Dress is the symbol of the Heart Truth, a national awareness campaign sponsored by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. The goal of the campaign is to increase awareness and to spread the word about heart disease -- the number-one killer of women. This festive runway show celebrated the designers and celebrities who help bring the Red Dress to life. Twenty-seven of Hollywood's hautest stars, including
Estelle,
Kimora Lee and
Regina King, set the runway ablaze decked out in everything from
Oscar de la Renta to
Tracy Reese.
You better know 'That's So Raven' star
Raven-Symone worked it out like no other down the catwalk, giving major attitude. Showing off her voluptuous body in
Tadashi Shoji, the quadruple-threat actress, singer, entrepreneur and producer stumbled a bit on her walk back down the catwalk, then decided to recover by kicking off her high heels. Talk show diva
Wendy Williams was front row and full of smiles as she cheered on the 24-year-old star! We have to say, do your thang, Ms. Raven. We love it.
'Southland' star Regina King definitely has her own swag. Decked out in body-hugging one-shoulder dress by Tracy Reese, she strut her stuff down the runway with confidence. Don't miss King in her upcoming movie 'Our Family Wedding.'
It's hard keeping up with the Kardashians,' but
Reggie Bush does not seem to mind. The Super Bowl champ was front row and center filming girlfriend
Kim Kardashian on his cell phone as she walked down the runway wearing an elegant gown by
Marchesa. The reality star knows how to work a room and stopped midway down the catwalk to blow her main man a big kiss.
With her reality show, 'Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane,' set to premiere March 21, you could tell that Baby Phat designer Kimora Lee has been hard at work getting her body back in shape after giving birth to her son,
Kenzo Lee, last August. Ms. Fabulosity sported a design of her own from her Kouture By Kimora line
down the runway.
Lighting her own spark on the runway in a spaghetti-strap gown with ruffle detailing by Badgley Mischka, Grammy-nominated singer Jordin Sparks had fun waving to fans as she came down the catwalk. The 'Idol' winner sparkled in a pair of silver Fit earrings, a mesh crystal bracelet, a Hyacinth ring and a jet Apollon ring, all by Swarovski.
The best gown of the night was worn by Brit beauty Estelle, who looked fierce and fab in Zac Posen. Don't forget to check out the 'American Boy' singer's new album, 'All of Me,' which hit stores this summer.
Back from her recent trip to Haiti, where she was reporting the devastation from the earthquake, ABC's 'Good Morning America' anchor Robin Roberts glided down the runway looking like an ageless beauty in J. Crew Collection. The breast cancer survivor wrote an amazing book in 2008, 'From the Heart: Eight Rules to Live By,' which chronicles her experiences of being diagnosed with cancer and overcoming it.
A selection of the dresses seen on the runway at the Red Dress Collection 2010 are available for public bidding now until March 5 at
www.clothesoffourback.org. Auction proceeds will benefit the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health on behalf of The Heart Truth in support of women's heart awareness and research.

Red Dress Collection sponsored by Coke? Am I dreaming?
Shame on the fashion bigwigs by having Diet Coke sponsor Heart Disease campaign. Diet Coke contains asptertame, one of the deadliest chemicals created by G.W. Searle Chemical, it was originally intended to be a rat poison, sweet and deadly. Nothing has changed in the developing of this chemical, but now millions of women are drinking it and think it is a "weight loss" healthy drink. Just look up asptertame and see what women are doing drinking Aspertame and caffeine that cause breast cystitis and other forms of nervous disorders, including Parkinsons. Wasn't Michael J. Fox a promoter of Diet Coke?

Thank you girl, you are absolutely correct. Let's not forget that Donald Rumsfeld was instumental in getting it passed by the FDA during the Reagan Administration. In 1977 Rumsfeld was President and C.E.O. of this corporation, then was part of Reagan's transition team which is how he got aspartame legalized. Justice Clarence Thomas was counsel for this corporation back then and John Ashcroft also had his hand in this cookie jar before he became attorney general. Den of thugs and assassins who promoted, on the DL, their brand of population control? Oops, I'm sorry they said Asperatame was a weight control aid?
