Black Voices get yo story right. David Justice dumped Halle and filed for divorce. And that protection order was ex parte and the judge didn't extend it bc Berry couldn't prove that he was a threat. She tried to humiliate the man by calling cops. Why he want to assault a women who HE left. She was the bitter one. Read up on your old Ebony Mags. As for Benet, he said he is not a sex addict. Halle always got something bad to say about a man after HE leaves her. That is what he quietly did in 2003. Her press release implied that she did the leaving. She just filed for the divorce. Can u imagine two men divorcing the same woman. Same complaints....emotional immaturity. How humiliating would that be. Luck Eric wasn't the petitioner!!
