And she's not the only Hollywood heiress rocking her own unique look!
Phoenix and Angel, daughters of former Spice Girl Melanie Brown, are frequently seen sporting shaved sides and eyebrow raising hairstyles:

Children are obviously individuals, and should be free to express themselves--within reason. But where do you draw the line in terms of pre-pubescent creativity?

I would like to say they are making a statement, but I am not sure that statement that would be. I could see if maybe they (the young girls...because they are GIRLS) shaved their heads for 'locks of love" to donate to children their age who have lost their haid due to cancer and chemotherapy.
But that's not even the case. So we look to the parent, and I am really surprised that the parents are OK w/ this, but I digress. To each his own, I have a 16yr old and a 12yr @ home, and there is no way in h*#% I would let them shave their heads.

I think Willow's pants are too cute. I want a pair. LOL! But as far as shaving young girls hair. No way! The baby is too young t0 tell her mom she doesn't like it and the young girl probably doesn't want to let her mom down and just agreed.

I like to say too that, Willow's pink-shoe laced up pants are so OOOOGLY! I wish Jada would stop stealin Lil Willow's clothes? As far as the hair shaved on the sides, let the YOUNG ADULTS and ADULTS look stupid sportin it, and leave the lil kids heads ALONE! Can't we be more CREATIVE and ORGINIAL than that? That hair style is so yesterday!

I agree with the comment someone made about the little girl maybe just getting the haircut because her mom liked it. That happened to me when I was 10 years old. My hair was very long and thick(kids used to call me "Little House on the Prairie" because my hair was so long), and I think my mom got sick of having to do it every week, so she talked me into getting it cut to about 2 inches long. The beautician in the salon cried as she cut all my hair off, and some of the ladies were telling my mom off. It has never grown back to being that long. Not ever. If I could go back in time, I would hug those ladies for trying to talk my mother out of it.
