The California native began her career in high school, and walked for Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabanna, Yves Saint Laurent, and Oscar de la Renta before transitioning to the small screen with America's Next Top Model in 2003.
About her return to IMG, Tyra said, "In many ways, this is like coming home. The last time I was with IMG, I was set on taking on the modeling world in the high fashion and commercial sectors... Now I'm dreaming even bigger."

Good for her. She has worked and gotten her health and body in great condition. I saw that "fat" picture of her and watch as sje went through a "trying" time in her life. Hopefully she can write a book on how even a "supermodel" has hard times and how she overcame her problems. I'm very proud and happy for her. She overcame the doubt she had by doing the right things to alleviate the issues.

I saw the fat picture too and I didnt see a thing wrong with her . Tyra's claim to fame will be her drive and personality .We need to see more of her. Its a shame she has to insolate herself to avoid rumors but I understand. She will always be my idea of a supermodel .

So someone who was/is a professional model who then takes a break to explore other opportunities returns to her professional roots.....good for you Tyra - I wish you the best and continued success but hardly newsworthy in my opinion.

Tyra is fine no matter what size she is. She seems to be so down to earth..I wish her the best in all her endeavors.
I'm going to miss her talk show though. Only wish I had gotten to attend before it ended ):
