It's glam! It's Hollywood. Most people on the boards are used to everyday wear. Only exceptions are youth who are more fashionable and people who go to the clubs. I depends on who you are, how and where you livin' I think it is fabulous!

I've loved the characters she's played - especially Laveda on The Steve Harvey Show - this outfit though, not so much - kind of cheesy looking.

WHY DO THESE WOMAN ALWAYS FEEL THAT DRESSING LIKE LOSE WHORES MAKE THEM LOOK CUTE AND SEXY WHEN THEY LOOK CHEAP, AND SOOOOO TIRED! THIS GOES FOR ALL WOMAN... NO MATTER WHAT RACE. SHE KNOW WHAT I KNOW SHE OUGHTA COVER THEM LEGS AND PUT ON SOMETHING LESS SHOWY AND CLASSY.
EVERYTHING WOMAN LIKE THIS DO IS FOR MAN, MAN, MAN..... AND TRYING TO PROVE SOMETHING TO THE WORLD. YOU COULD LOOK BEAUTIFUL AND DRESS CASUAL AT THE SAME TIME. PEOPLE TODAY ARE TOO BUSY LISTENING TO WHAT THE WORLD SAYS WHAT YOU HAVE TO LOOK LIKE TO BE BEAIUTIFL.... AND MEN AND WOMAN, AND TEENS FOLLOW THEM. (NOT ME) F THE FASHION WORLD AND THE WORLD IN GENERAL! I'M MY OWN PERSON.

That character she played on the Steve Harvey show acted like a silly circus baffoon. all she needed was a scarf around her head, red lipstick and stirring a pot of grits up yaking!
i dont know why black men and woman always accept the part that they dont have to accept... acting like baffoons, making silly faces and killing and shooting each other (the men)
black woman and men need to look for that half brain of theirs and search for they're common sense and use it! quit acting like circus baffoons to get a check!
people are laughing at you and not with you.... and think we all dont have good sense upstairs as a race already, by the way blacks act and treat each other and how they act on television. no laughing matter at all!
look at that stupid ass baffoon Chris Rock and how he acts. look at that baffoon show called Everybody hated Chris with that racist teacher saying racist things to his character on the show... and they slyly wrote in the script for him not to say anything smart back to that flour face bitch on purpose!
when will his dumb ass ever wake up and learn to love himself and quit disgracing himself and blk wmn. he can't even talk correct and dont know how to act intelligent... when he always has to act like a f'kn circus baffoon!

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Known as much for her community service as for her superbly entertaining acting, Terri J. Vaughn is founder of TAKE WINGS FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization that addresses social and life skills needs of at-risk teen girls. On Saturday, August 21, 2010, TAKE WINGS will host its seventh annual benefit black-tie affair with festivities commencing at 6:00 pm at San Francisco Marriott Marquis, 55 Fourth Street. Tickets ($150 per person) may be purchased online at www.TakeWings.org. Of course sponsors are invited and welcome.
TAKE WINGS FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization whose mission is to build the self esteem of San Francisco Bay Area at-risk girls between the ages of 13 and 18 by providing positive experiences and role modeling. The organization’s major components involve encouraging and enabling teen girls to: provide community service, participate in life skills development activities and workshops, and earn academic scholarships.
The event’s special guest entertainer Angie Stone extends her personal invitation, “I would love for you to join me and my friend Terry J. Vaughn at TAKE WINGS FOUNDATION’s seventh annual Angel Awards Benefit. I will be performing and my friend Lamman Rucker and Denise Boutté will be your hosts for the evening.” Stone implores you to “Support your youth – our youth by coming out and joining us.”
“Gala attendees are in for a fun, entertaining and informative evening,” said Vaughn. “Internationally acclaimed debate coach Melissa Maxcy Wade, a dynamite speaker, will deliver the evening’s keynote address and I am overwhelmed that she is able to join us.” Vaughn continued, “I am particularly excited that TAKE WINGS will recognize two of our community’s generous contributors with its 2010 Angel Awards. We’re thrilled to honor Denise LeNoir, a dedicated nurse practitioner who has an overwhelming sense of responsibility to provide healthcare for adolescents and teens, whether or not their parents can afford it; and pleased to underscore ongoing philanthropic and charitable work of former Golden State Warriors forward Ronny Turiaf.”
