R&B and rap stars came out last night for VH1's annual Hip Hop Honors concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York.

Let's take a look at some of the best outfits: Keri Hilson rocked two runway trends--lingerie and khaki--on the red carpet for the event. She looked sultry in a sheer bustier, high waisted capris, and open toe lace up boots, topped off with a cute cap and loads of lovely chains.

Brandy sparkled in a sequin mini, metallic asymetrical top, and champagne platform peep toes.
Taraji P. Henson looked demure yet sultry in a brown shift dress with a sheer panel. She accentuated the simple look with embellished peep toes and a black clutch.
Chili sizzled in a simple silver jumpsuit and summer ready flat sandals. She combed her hair into soft ringlets to frame her face and accented it all with cascading bangles.
And lastly former bad girl Trina looked elegant in a classic yet saucy low cut white top and skin clinging black skirt, punched up with blue and black platform heels.
