This was definitely the case this weekend when the songstress stopped by TAO restaurant in Las Vegas sporting this colorful minidress. She paired the flirty number with cute gold heels. Poor thing! I know what she's going through. My sister was a beautician and took care of my hair all through my childhood until I left home to go to college. I never learned to take care of my own hair and those cosmetologist of so, so EXPENSIVE and take up too much of your time. I've never been one who enjoyed sitting in a beauty shop for hours and hours and arranging my schedule around someone else's and indulging in gossiping etc.. Poor thing looks like a charity case. Her mother should invite her over to her home at least once a month and do that child's hair for free. I'm glad she has a son instead of a daughter or her child would be looking a hot mess too!

Because she has an afro she is a charity case? I'm sure if she wanted to straight hair she could afford an "EXPENSIVE Cosmetologist". Maybe she chooses not be a typical black women who is addicted to making their beautiful natural hair into a stereotype. I applaud her for being different.

She doesn't look like a charity case because she is wearing an Afro. She doesn't know how to take care of her Afro it appears. I'm from the Michael Jackson/James Brown era where Afros were the style and we were singing "Say it loud, I'm black and I'm proud". However girlfriend needs to invest in an Afro pick and learn to plait her hair at night. She looks like she rolled out of bed, got dressed and walked out the door. There is also a thing called trimming your ends and shaping your Afro too.

THE AFRO IS THE BEST THING ON HER - ITS THAT FREAKIN' UGLY-A** PIECE OF MATERIAL THEY CALL A DRESS THAT LOOKS HIDEOUS. SHE NEEDS TO GET SOME TIPS FROM A PROFESSIONAL TO SEE WHAT LOOKS GOOD ON HER AND NOT JUST PUT ON A DESIGNER'S OUTFIT BECAUSE ITS IN YOUR SIZE.

If ignorance is bliss, you must be really happy! Just because someone chooses to natural, she's a charity case. I take offense to that because my hair is natural and HEALTHY! It's a big step for a woman to do something different with her hair and Solange looks GREAT!!
