Summer time is here and it's time to go for a swim. Now that your vacation time is stacked up, you are ready to get away somewhere warm, with a relaxing body of water, a poolside hotel room or maybe a friend's beachfront summer home. Wherever you go, make sure you are in style. As much as we try to watch our figures or spend hours in the gym, that "pooch" just won't go away. Many women face this problem and are left feeling uncomfortable wearing a swimsuit. Get over it and get an instant nip and tuck with this seasons hottest beach looks.

The trick to pulling off swimwear is selecting the right cut and print and color. Black and chocolate brown are very slimming. Ruffles and gatherings at the midriff tend to hide the "pooch," so DO make sure you shop accordingly. Full-figured women should avoid red, animal prints and neons, because they tend to make you look wider. Also remember that most bathing suits are made of spandex or Lycra, which are close-fitting fabrics so DO go a size up when selecting your swimwear. If you opt for a solid color bathing suit, pair it with a nicely printed sarong or coverall. Get creative with your look, but don't go overboard.
