You mean, Kim makes the boot look TRASHY. Anything this woman wears is TRASHY! A ticket citation is not what she should get as a warning but to LOCK HER AZZ up for lookin a HOT AZZ MESS! Lookin like some hooker boots, just getting off her shift? Now, CiCi had NO DAMN BUSINESS wearin the boots and that dress like that? No, she shouldn't have any warnings but give her a DAMN TICKET! Look, she is TRASHY IN EVERY WAY! CiCi need to get it together and stop this mess with her dirty, disgustin, girrating, grinding dancin, lookin so DESPERATE and HORNY in her damn videos. CiCi's clothes too, are trashy in her videos. CiCi need to take her non-singin behind somewhere! Both of them have NO CLASS and are OVERRATTED! Kim need to lay off the Blonde hair coloring. Lookin like "J NO"! You can wear over the knee boots if you dress APPROPRIATE and have CLASS!

@ DimePiece...once again I agree!! They both look like 'slut puppies'. Over the knee boots can be cute on the right person...and neither one of them are the right person.
Not exactly who I'd want to see them on, but it should be someone tall, and slender.

TRU DAT! Ya, Kim and CiCi are BOTH workin those boots alright? WORKING THOSE BOOTS DOWN THE STREET AT THE CORNER, OK? CiCI kills me, now that the woman got Breast Implants? She really thinks she is the "It Girl" NOT! Now that Kim has her shoe company, endorsements, and reality shows going on, she really thinks she is a "Business Woman". NOT! Look, it doesn't matter what expensive clothes, jewelry, different hair styles they wear, BOTOX, NOSE JOBS, BUTT & LIP IMPLANTS they both get, these woman will always look TRASHY and STANK!!!

I would not buy any of the three styles shown here as I've had catalogues coming in for weeks showing a great selection of over the knee boots which are not meant and never were meant to be worn as shown above. Very young models and girls a bit on the whispy side, slim,lanky, whathaveyou, can wear these with short skirt and even shorts have been handsomely shown at L.L.Bean. Their casual outfits are then well-planned in layered clothes to suggest the origins of these boots 16th to 17th Century requirements for swordsmen and horsemen,Cavaliers in other words. If not that then you must sweater up your layers, and tights under shorts, with a jaunty hat and some backpack style to your "luggage" to suggest you have been backpacking from hostel to hostel on some wonderful Wanderjahr trip with friends.
This brings to mind something funny, remember "Bruno". I don't think it was inadvertent that in this movie, the women on the fringes of the Industry that earns money spent in L.A. looked under-stylish, not with it at all,drab and tacky.
Of course,if you are in Manhattan, you can wear your over the knee boots with a fabulous Ruana thrown over a thick sweater protecting your neck, and something short below that line while tights are now so expensive that you might as well get your most use out of them. Get something warm and snuggly to cover your ears, such as a not too wide but serviceable scarf that ties behind at the base of your hairline unless you have a snap-on version(I always find the pressure drives me crazy).
It was already below 10 degrees here, along the East Coast two hours inland from Philadelphia and two hours north of Washington,D.C. It never does this before Christmas and New Years in this part of the country.

Most people in my opinion are way too short to wear these boots. They seem so 1990's too, but that's just my opinion. Oh well.
