AMEN, ch!!! this is one of my faaaaaaaaaaaavorite actresses. I just truly love seeing her playing the role as a movie-film "momma" the most. she plays the best momma ever in aaaaany movie she's cast in. love me some her! I'll love to see her play "momma" in my novel entitled, "Sullivan: I Just Can't Decide." she'll be fantastic as she always is.

Stop it with this nonsense! Loretta Devine has more talent in her earlobe than most of these actresses of today ever wish they had. This woman manages to keep working in such a volatile business because others recognize that. Why don't you also and stop focusing on something else other than her wardrobe selections? I think the author of this article should state specifically, that this is HER opinion, and her's alone! For those of us who know better and have followed the career of Ms Devine, history will show that she has always been, and still IS a sista with Mucho class, talent, grace & dignity! Her looks have been as varied and flavorful as has been her display of her talents. She has surprised and delight true fans for years with her very own unique acting, singing, style, yes, HAIR! LOL..She is simply stunning! And more than proud to celebrate the UNtypical size (0)frame.
So, I beg to differ with the young woman who felt compelled to author this piece. Not sure what your personal fashion range might be, but in the real world, sistas do not feel compelled to show a onesided version of themselves in every case, and those incapable of appreciating anything less than a one dimensional artiste is sorely lacking in taste!

This look is homely...more for my Mother in her 80's. I've often noticed many makeovers looking less glamorous than the original presentation. Ms Devine is a beautiful woman and a spectacular
actress. If I had her eyes I would be knocking them (men) dead. However, I agree her wigs scream fake hair. And I love to accept my sisters as they are but, if she lost a few pounds her best
beauty would show up.
