Honestly, I don't think the dress looks good on either one of them. Ashanti has too much breast and Katy doesn't have enough breast.

The dress is unflattering, in both the fabric pattern and the cut of the dress.
Ashanti and Kate Perry are both beautiful ladies. If that dress doesn't look good on them, it won't look good on anyone else either.

While the dress is hideous, Ashanti definately filled it out better.

One thing about Beyonnce, she has her Mother to design for her. You don't see other people with the same clothes she wears. She has it going on. You got to give it to her. Her Mother designs her clothes and her father takes care of the money. That's what I call 'Keeping it all in the Family"
even if he's married to someone else now. The same goes for Serena and Venus. Black folks need to look out for themselves!
