You could literally take your pick of Ciara courtside pics. She regularly attends basketball games in leather leggings, fur jackets and snakeskin boots, which totally makes sense.
Who knows where she's going after these games, but let's hope it isn't far. Those stiletto boots weren't made for walking.

Ladies and gentleman, Cee Lo... Green. For a celebrity, he's actually more on the game-appropriate side, but the embellished tracksuit is really a sight for sore eyes.

I always rock a dress and heels for sporting events! Kidding.
Granted, this was magenta carpet at this year's All-Star game, but Gabby is a vet when it comes to basketball games, so she should know better.

Spike Lee loves NYC and his Knicks. He rarely misses a chance to catch his favorite team courtside. We rarely miss his custom-made Knicks wardrobe, either.

Lala is always there to support hubby Carmelo Anthony, and when the superstar player was traded to the Knicks, Lala continued her support with a pair of custom Knicks Blue platform YSL heels. And an ensemble to match.

Kim Kardashian knows clothes and professional athletes, but at a recent Nets/Knicks game, she looked more put together for a night out with boyfriend Kris Humphries than cheering him on from the sidelines.

John Legend's fiance sat center court at this year's All-Star game in a pair of awe-inspiring nude strappy shoes. And, of course, repeat offender Ciara was enjoying the... um... game (it's behind you, CiCi).

Not entirely sure why you need sunglasses INSIDE a basketball stadium, but okay...
Kanye's always doing a lot, so we can't really say this is different... just a bit much for a ball game. Dig the coat, though.
Celebs at Basketball Games
Rihanna loves attending basketball games in the perfect b-ball attire: leather hats, pantaloons (affectionately known as Hammer Pants in the '90s), prom hair and white jackets.
Perfect.

Just like when a peacock flashes it's feathers to attract other peacocks.
In this case it looks like they're trying to attract other clowns.

I have to agree! Black folks always want to be the center of attention...especially BW! BW do that because they're simply in truth super insecure! They remain in that dress mentality thinking that's what it's all about, when they still haven't yet figured out it's really all about how one carries snd presents themselves! And not about the clothes that they wear!

They are not at there to see the game. They are there to be seen as noted ny their garish outfits. Its a publicity stunt for many and a rich man hunt for others. Plus, those games are televised and watched by millions, so being seen on the scene is a great way to boost your celebrity status and hawk more products for more money. Its so shallow and declasse for them to be all decked out at a sports event. But, this is what happens when the hood gets paid. SMDH!

It goes to show you, that money still doesn't buy "class". Class doesn't have to work so hard to be "seem or heard", but not in some of our intertainer's case. Their fan's pay them to look foolish in lot of cases. High hill shoes and after 5 wear has know place at sport's games, however, most are adults some or teen's they think they must dress outlandish in public; "individualism", they call it. No bad dressing is what it is called.
These star's are regular people they just selected to be singers and some can't sing either some become actor's and some can't act, but get paid to look foolish in lot's of cases.
Some of our singer's and actor's try hard to live a modest life never getting notice and never make fashion faux pas's unless it is on halloween not on a daily basis.

DJ, you're right, money don't buy class. Y is it that our people have to always show their ass. Don't they know they are being watched by our youth; who copy every stupid thing they do? Look at Beyonce, she looks as if she was poured into her dress and forgot to say when. The truth of the matter is, she's Vogue on the outside and vague on the inside, like the rest of them!

I couldn't agree with you more! I'm a Lakers season ticket holder, have been for 11 years! And when you see white celebrities there for the most part they're dressed in super casual clothes. Black folks act as though they're on the freaking cat walk!

Clothes do not make the people. I will be glad when people realize that over dressings, does not make you look better, it make you look stupid. When you go to a game you should dress casual.
THE BOTTOM LINE: They do not know better.
