Tyra Banks recently launched Type F, her new fashion website with former 'Vogue' editor-at-large, André Leon Talley. The site includes a web series called 'Fa-Fa-Fashion,' in which the two offer the scoop on fashion basics and trends. The latest installment features a breakdown on stilettos, and even though Tyra's arithmetic skills are a little off (see 1.45), she does succeed in giving practical advice.
Some tips we learned:
- Platform heels are your friend, because the extra support lowers the heel height making the shoes easier to walk in.
- Scour the bottom of your heels with a scissor to make them slip proof.
- Walk with straight legs in heels for better posture.
- Spraying hair spray inside your heels help you grip better.
- Fashion is pain.

Tyra never knew this story but Tom Joyner has a tape to prove the on air conversation took place. Years ago Tom Joyner had a question asking have you ever blocked someone from a gorgeous woman? I knew my story would make Tom and J fall out laughing so I called into his radio show. I told them the story of my daughs and I seeing Tyra Banks at a FL airport and while the driver was drooling I begged him to let my daughs get an autograph. He stopped the car and Tyra was there with her mother while all the guys were falling all over themselves. My daugh was about to get out of car and I told her don't harass the Banks fam but the driver insisted Tyra was nice and would sign my daughs Disney books. They had Tyra dolls (yeah Tyra they eneed up naked. You know how little girls are, haha)
Anyway to make a long story short Tom and J started ragging me for not letting the men enjoy sexy Tyra Banks and forget my daughs. Well Tom and J rolled on the floor laughing when I said "Tom, you paid for that Tyra hating trip because you sent us to Disney world as a X Mas Wish!!!" OMG Tom and J had me dying laughing saying they don't fund sexy women hating trips and apologizing to the men at the FL airport. hahahaha I LUV TJMS!!!!

Tyra Banks looks like a white girl thats been in the tanning salon too long with her fake false white look hair doo, Tyra is so fake she even admitted that she has been wearing white look hair extentions so long she don't know what her real hair looks like. What is a woman of color? White women dictates to black women what's beauty and black women try to copy white women by any means neccessary with stinky chemicals and ghetto hotcomb's burning her ears necks and foreheads. lol lil kim's looks are more frightening than cute, And muscle butt Serens Williams under a ugly white look blond wig a role model? NOT! and WTF is Mr wendy williams with her white woman style wig, And I bet Latoya Jackson can open can's with her nose... What would happen if I put water on your head? I tell you POW! back to natural. We love women of color natural happy in her skin.

Oh brother, with her silly acting self, no class, no composure, just a fool, uncouth, I'm glad she ended her talk show, now they just need to stop showing the f'n repeats, find something else to put in that spot tacky WPIX, you know they're tacky with Maury and Jerry.
I do agree with the way some women walk in heels bending their knees because the heel is too high, especially these young teen girls, who have no sexiness about them at all today, but swear up and down they're sexy and can walk in heels. Stay young while you're young, please, don't try to be grown because you'll be grown enough and hate it.

I believe Tyra is one of the most incredible women in our country. Aside from her drop-down, beautiful looks, she obviously is an incredible business woman. Look at how she has propelled her modeling career into other businesses (i.e. daytime talk show, ANTM, Bankable Productions). WOW! I've been in the the business sector for over 25 years and have rarely seen this type of entrepreneurship-skills.
Quite an inspiration, for me (a 48-year-old woman)-and even more so for women younger than I.
Well done, Tyra! (PS: Mr. Talley is fabulous as well. We can't get enough of him on ANTM!)
