Since U.S. companies cannot be forced to meet gender quotas on boards, or in management jobs, its our duty as the American consumer to follow through with boycotts and at the same time exposuring the pratices of not involving women and minorities in upper management of these companies.

Another NON-ISSUE here on BV. If there were a better qualified Black/Woman that would help them make more money that they knew of, they would be on the board. It's all about the $$.

I wished that Black people would be more creative and stop putting money in the pockets of people who really don't care for them but for their dollars. We have enough creative black people who can come up with some fashions that looks just a good if not better. Stop wearing other people's names on your clothes making them rich do yourself a solid and when you go into one of these places that only want your dollars go in and see what's selling take a picture and then have one of the up and coming black seamstress sew it up for adding your finishing touches on it, make it your own.

You GOT THAT RIGHT! Look, we have so many intelligent, successful, talented, Black people in this world who needs to step up the plate and do the DAMN THING! You are right, Black people shouldn't wear name brand designer clothing at all and give $$$$$ to them. We have power just as well as the next woman or man. We need to support!
