She stepped on the red carpet in Los Angeles wearing an intricately detailed black and creme mini dress with quarter-length sleeves and matching clutch. Her lightly curled hair, creme heels and oversized earrings completed the outfit.

Ok I thought my daughter was kidding when she said all the black dark skinned girls at Juilliard look alike (well at least they know what Hollywood likes)!!!! Good luck Rutina my baby never stops talking about how nice you are as her former classmate! I think she told me you told her don't get discouraged with the biz. I keep telling her any director who thinks Beyonce can act doesn't deserve a Juilliard student in the cast. Exhale and Holla!!!
I think Andre 3000 had a great similiar line about the passion of Juilliard black students!

I love Rutina, great to see women like her out there and doing there thing. She looks beautiful and her body is the truth. I really hope they give her character Tara a descent story line this season on True Blood instead of being the hapless sidekick!! Love you Rutina

THIS SISTER IS BEAUTIFUL. FROM THE FIRST TIME I SAW HER ON TRUE BLOOD I THOUGHT HBO HAS DONE SOMETHING SPECIAL. AND SHE CAN ACT!!! I AGREE WITH OTHERS ON BV THAT I HOPE SHE GETS A GOOD STORY LINE THIS SEASON. I ALWAYS HAVE A THING ABOUT 10 STARS I'D LIKE TO HAVE DINNER WITH AND SHE'S ONE OF THEM HANDS DOWN. I don't know about "sidekick" and all (she was a "big-time" vampire buddy and saved Bill)! Now, if she has a gripe, it's "why, with all the beautiful people on this show, did "I" get stuck with James Frain"?
I just wish they would put her and Sookie back together as BEST friends, and leave them be! The show works best with Sookie and Tara as best friends, Sookie together with Bill, and the rest of the gang revolving around them!
