Crooner Letoya Luckett celebrated her 30th birthday at Philipe Chow in LA wearing a sultry red dress by brand Sena. The alluring look was party perfect with front, side, and back cutouts, and an exposed back zipper. She accessorized the look with black Christian Louboutin pumps.

Little did she know three fellow Hollywood starlets had already been snapped wearing the exact same dress in black.

Letoya's former bandmate Kelly Rowland was the first to reveal the look at a de Grisogono Party last May at the 63rd Annual Cannes Film Festival. Rowland let the dress speak for itself, only adding a flourish of Nicholas Kirkwood for Rodarte heels and minimal jewelry.

Kim Kardashian donned the sultry cocktail for dinner at Katsuya in West Hollywood, California. She brought the look to life with a large statement necklace with large black stones and strappy black sandals.

Elise Neal sported the style at the 2010 BET Awards Creme Of The Crop Dinner. She wore the mini dress with corresponding slash cut open toe knee high boots and white jewels.

Do you prefer the dress in red or black? And who wore it best? Letoya, Kelly, Kim, or Elise?

Today Tyra Banks launched her long anticipated website, Type F, a fashion and beauty portal earmarked for women of all shapes, colors, and sizes.

As reported in Black Voices on Money, Tyra inked a deal with Demand Media earlier this year to launch the site.

With customizable content, the site's opening articles offer makeup tips for round women, dresses for curvy girls, tips on choosing drugstore foundation, and a step-by-step guide to different textures of African-American hair. A series of videos gives advice on what to wear on an airplane and how to dress up jeans.

Already at the helm of her highly profitable 'Top Model' franchise, Tyra recently sealed a three book deal with Delacorte Press to publish a young adult fantasy series, 'Modelland.' Her credits also include ABC's "True Beauty,'' and CW's "Stylista."

Rihanna
covers Vogue's highly anticipated April 'Shape' Issue in a Chanel Pre-Fall 2011 dress. With a cover that reads, "On fame, Family, and How She Feels about her Curves," Rihanna strikes a mermaid-esque pose, accented by her long bright red hair.
Past Shape Issue subjects include Gisele Bundchen and Beyonce, who graced Vogue's cover in April 2009.
What do you think of Rihanna's cover? Will you be picking up an issue?

Evelyn Lozada of Basketball Wives fame appeared on the show's highly anticipated Reunion show last night dressed to the nines. Antoine Walker's ex fiancée is a fashion plate and unapologetic shoe fiend, so chose a $1,950 Hervé Leger Geometric Jacquard dress for last night's taping, along with hot pink $1,665 Christian Louboutin Change of the Guard Sandals.

The violet and orange bandage dress is certainly a stunner. The sweetheart strapless has a geometric jacquard effect, crossover strap detailing, and a concealed zip fastening at the back.

John Legend's gorgeous girlfriend Christine Teigen also fell in love with the dress, and wore the sultry mini to a Club SI Swimsuit event a few weeks ago in Las Vegas, Nevada. The modelesque beauty let the dress stand on its own, and accessorized with a simple pair of nude pumps.

Both ladies are lovely, but who do you think work Hervé Leger better? Christine Teigen or Evelyn Lozada?

Amber Rose has been attending shows at London Fashion Week, this time without her uber-stylish ex, Kanye West. Unlike her notorious outfits during past Paris Fashion Weeks, Amber has been wearing some slightly questionable ensembles.

Ms. Rose attended the PPQ Spring/Summer 2011 in a print cardigan by the brand along with a cropped top and wide legged pants. She accented her look with her signature dark sunglasses, diamond studs, and pale pink lipstick.

Spring was certainly in season at Tracy Reese's latest show, though not a single one of her signature bud or blossom prints could be seen. Instead, Tracy offered whisper thin cotton and chunky knits in solid colors punctuated by a watercolor here, an ethnic or tie-dye print there. Still traditional pretty Tracy, but more refined–grown up.
Hippie, floppy hats topped safari inspired brown wrap dresses while rose colored oversized sunglasses and readers accented calf length loose knit frocks. The mood was groovy and clean, and Tracy sparkled as she typically does with uber feminine pencil skirts, short shorts, and seductive bow front jackets in white, blue, peach, light brown, light purple, and black.
